Refund Policy

At M&E Co Boutique, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Please note the following regarding our return policy:

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
• Exchanges & Store Credit: We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Once your order has been successfully handed over to the postal carrier and tracking number has been provided, we are no longer responsible for delays. We do not issue refunds for packages delayed or lost by the postal service.
